Shipping

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product and the charges are determined by the size of your order in total cost. Customers will be notified via email if extra shipping or handling charges are required.

Domestic shipping via JNE estimated at IDR 50,000,-
International shipping via EMS estimated at IDR 500,000,-

The first shipment for pre-ordered items will be on the first week of May. All customers will be notified via email when the items have been dispatched.

Currency

Potato Head Store processes and charges all orders in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you wish to purchase in other currencies, the price/rates are subject to change in correlation to the most current exchange rate.

Sales, International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, however Ptthead store is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs or duties.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be done within 10 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging.

Ptthead store will not accept any returned item without prior written communication.

Upon inspection and approval, exchange or store credit will be provide. Strictly no refunds.

Ptthead store does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

All charges incurred as a result of an exchange of return are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the orders are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn and in original purchased condition.
