About Chef Cristian Encina:
Chilean born Chef Cristian Encina had his first taste of the kitchen at age 13 working at his father’s popular lunch eatery in Santiago. Following his lifelong passion for cooking, he undertook culinary training in Chile and Valencia, Spain and continued to develop and refine his skills in fine-dining restaurants in Chile, New Zealand, and Australia.
Since 2012, Cristian has called Bali home and is now committed to recreating and reinterpreting the diverse and evolving flavours of South America in his own restaurant, PICA South American Kitchen.
