FOUR HANDS AND FIVE ELEMENTS

With a beautifully designed soundtrack setting the tone, diners are transported around the intimate spaceship of a chef's table holding just eight guests for otherworldly dinners prepared in synchronicity by the four hands of chefs, including Chef Daryl. Each meal is inspired in one of the five elements: air, fire, earth, water, and space, and draws only from a bounty of plants—along with a wild selection of mushrooms—for dishes whose components are unrecognizable in the vibrant presentations.

Paired with an equally thoughtful cocktail by master mixologist Hary Wahyudi, each course is presented along with detailed storytelling as they explain not only the fantastical end result but the journey each element took along the way.
