Vivie and her husband Chef Maxie Millian are the driving force behind Riung Rasa. The name based on the Sundanese language “Riung” means to gather together, while “Rasa” means flavor. This is to represent both the rich flavour of the food, and their vision to have a place where people can learn, discuss, share and grow together.
Located in the hills of Bukit Jimbaran, the couple serve home-cooked style meals with a weekly changing menu.
We look forward to welcoming you in Sunset Park, with live music from Munir (Bandung) and Law (Jakarta).
About Riung Rasa:
It’s been always a dream of Vivilya Millian to have her own small eatery. A place where people can have a good food, share stories and a place for community. This was many years ago as she pursue her passion in baking.
When pandemic of Covid-19 hit Bali, Vivie and her husband Chef Maxie Millian, decided not to give up and start selling lunch box online with different menu on daily basis. After six month Vivi find a perfect spot to open a small eatery serving Indonesian comfort food with a simple warung concept where people can enjoy homemade Indonesian dish and their childhood dish. Riung Rasa was born on 25th September 2020.
