Crafted With Time, a collective of young passionate creators are taking over Sunset Park Kitchen. W/ T/ME is all about building flavorful experiences with fine-dining techniques and fermented flavour-shortcuts. 

The aim is bringing restaurant-grade flavor-shortcuts to your home kitchen through fermented products while creating a more sustainable kitchen-scene. 

Upcoming project: Fancy artisanal sauces made with restaurant food scraps, good vibes, and time. Fermentation workshop at Desa Potato Head, hands on Miso making.
