As part of our strive towards a zero-waste operation, surplus materials from the daily operation of the property get repurposed in the Sweet Potato Lab. Join us to get inspired and learn how to recycle waste into beautiful products, such as making candles from used cooking oil or making amenities from styrofoam and plastic waste.
