Featuring our festive “bakkwa” burger:

Vintage Tasmanian beef patty, ketchup, charred tipsy spiced sous vide pineapple, XO mayonnaise, double smoked applewood bakkwa and cheddar, pickle chilli and scallions all in a toasted rice bun.
Festive Mandarin Cocktail:

Tanqueray London Dry Gin, fresh lime juice, mandarin orange champange syrup and prosecco.
